These are heavy and require a walk-behind skid steer to deliver. This may cause ruts in your yard, which is understood as an acceptable risk. White playhouses are very beautiful but will show dirt from transportation and installation. The size is determined by measuring across the tower the playhouse sits on, and the dimensions are approximate. Playhouses are not waterproof.
